Onboarding Process

As a part of onboarding process, we start with

  • Shake-hand: In here we introduce the team members, roles and team members have interaction with the onsite team.

  • Setting up Phones and extensions: New extensions and phone numbers are setup as extended lines for the team.
  • Setting up email ids for the team: We setup emails for the team members

  • We have to have confirmation from drivers that they are available for the load
    Load management and Fleet management should be in sync with new load pickups
    SLA of 2 hrs is there to make sure load is found for the driver
    Proper Rout planning with drivers and making sure they are comfortable for the same.
  • Proper maintaining of Elog books by the drivers.
  • Proper documentation of the loads picked up.

Reporting process

We have Reporting standards and procedures which are followed as per the process

  • Weekly team meetings and conference calls for the same.
  • Every morning PST/EST time meeting for handshake of onsite and offsite team.
  • Excel based reporting of the loads everyday.
  • Audit of the team at random to make sure everything is on track.
  • Suggestions and improvements to make sure we continuously evolve and deliver better.

Value additions

We bring some Value addition’s apart from regular operations and reporting processes which are Profitability and increase in revenue: We work in effective manner and have great negotiation skills so that we can achieve more profitability for the organizations. For example, if we are getting 1.5$/mile on a load, we try to get it up to $2/mile with our negotiation skills.
Team work and extended team: We closely work with inhouse team and make sure if they need to go for some emergency or personal reasons, we are there to cover them. We work as an extended team so they feel secure working in their jobs. Relation building with brokers and drivers.

Help fetching drivers when in need

In United states of America, the driver shortage is by 30% and it will go to 40% in coming years. We understand the industry well. We know that drivers come and go hence we understand the importance of truck drivers.
We try to fill the gap and get refence of the truck drivers looking for the job. We also look for single truck owners who can get our loads going.

Focus on business while we take care of operations

We understand the trucking business. The rating of a dispatcher and broker matter a lot and we make sure we make it top priority for the same. We focus n operations so the President/Owner can focus on expanding the business by expanding fleet to operations area.

We have knowledge of Insurance’s for the trucking and know how insurances for the trucking works. We make sure that claims by any broker should be genuine hence we make sure its not a false claim. We work with insurance companies to provide any documentation needed.
Knowledge of DAT, Convoy and other trucking-based software’s.
We are very well versed with the trucking software’s from DAT, Convoy, Truckstop. We know how they work.
